Order Instructions:

Check availability for desired pick-up/delivery date

Submit Pick-Up or Delivery Request (optional - pick-up/delivery will automatically be scheduled once order form and deposit are received. Submitting request holds time-slot for 48 hours)

Complete Order Form within 48 hours of submitting pick-up/delivery request

Receive order quote within 12 hours of completing order form

Submit deposit payment within 48 hours of submitting pick-up/delivery request (instructions will be in order quote)

Submit final payment during pick-up/delivery

Pick-Up/Delivery Request Policies:

Submitting a Pick-Up or Delivery request is optional, but recommended.

If you do not submit a request, your pick-up or delivery will automatically be scheduled once order form and deposit are received, as long as desired date & time are available.

Requests will be approved once order form and deposit are received.

If order form and deposit are not received within 48 hours of request, it will be declined and that time slot will become available to other clients.
Order Form/Deposit Policies:

Deposits are 50% of order total.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits can be transferred to a different date or order if scheduled pick-up/delivery is over 2-weeks out.

Order Forms submitted within 2 weeks of pick-up/delivery date will have a $20 rush fee.

Order Forms submitted within 1 week of pick-up/delivery date will have a $50 rush fee.

Order Forms submitted within 48 hours of pick-up/delivery will not be accepted.

Accepted forms of payment include: cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle & website Point of Sale
